I use this stove in my outdoor kithcen. The 60,000 BTU burner is fantastic for heavy duty frying and boiling. The powerful 60,000 BTU burner can boil a 28 qt. pot of water in a very short time. It will also heat large amounts of cooking oil to 350 plus degrees in a short time and maintain that temp. when the food is dropped in. The 30,000 BTU burner is great for regular boiling, steaming, and/or frying, ie; Bacon & eggs or boiling noodles etc. Good temp. control on both burners. Also if you're burning both burners at the same time one doesn't starve the other for gas. Great customer service from CampChef. Stove is heavy duty and very stable. Highly recommended.
